Guidelines for order cancellation, returns and refunds.
Cancellation requests should be raised as early as possible before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the applicable payment method/gateway according to the merchant's refund process.
Please contact us promptly with the Order ID and clear photos of the received item/package so the issue can be reviewed.
